Will the Housing Market Crash in 2023, 2024, or 2025?
The question is will housing market crash or when, exactly, between now and 2025? The simple answer is that it will not crash like 2008 in the next three years. Rising rates are not cooling the market as some expected. the current trends and the forecast for the next 12 months clearly show that most likely the housing market is expected to stay flat stable after last two years new highs. But be careful, As Rent prices are increasing Lets wait for the inflation data and CPI report which will be released on beginning of February 2023. Listen to Feds decision on rates hikes which play a critical role in U.S. economy specifically the real estate industry. I will keep you all posted.
